User Advisory Group Formed In addition to TUG, CME staff also formed a User Advisory Group (UAG) to serve as a liaison between themselves and the TUG. Members of the UAG are responsible for representing the interests of the user community with respect to technology development, prioritization of TUG meeting topics, and any other issues that CME�s technology user community deems appropriate for consideration by CME management and staff. The UAG is comprised of representatives from the Trading, FCM, and ISV communities. TUG Web Site In conjunction with the creation of TUG, the new TUG web site was implemented in January, containing the following information: - Emergency Updates
Provides real time information in the event of a CME system failure or outage, about the systems impacted, the nature of the issue, and steps taken toward the resolution of the issue. - Archives
Provides access to information regarding historical system issues categorized by trading system. - Contact Information
Links to CME staff that comprise the TUG team. Additionally, there are links to CME firms, ISV's, and Quote Vendors. - Tug Meetings
